Revised list of Student Council Elections

Dear Voters for Students’ Council election 2024-25

Please follow the instructions as given below:

1. One student one vote (even if the same Student has more than one PoRs – only one vote by the same) and is non-transferable.
2. You can submit your vote only once.
3. All voters must carry college identity card at the time of voting (no other id will be accepted). 1^st semester CRs may carry an Admission slip with any other valid photo bearing ID.
4. Voting will be online in the college but will be permitted to only those eligible who will be physically present at the time of voting.
5. All voters are advised to ensure that their email ID and password is secured. If not, then change the password. For any kind of lapse on this front, concerned student(s) will be considered responsible, and his/her vote will be declared invalid and if required, disciplinary action will be taken against them. Election officers will neither be responsible nor will be entertaining any request in this regard.  
6. Voting will take place in the college at 3pm on 14^th October 2024. You will have 2pm to 3pm for final communication.
7. Contesting candidates will also have to behave like a voter at the time of voting and not a candidate. Be careful.
