Academic Integrity

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (University of Delhi) is a premier institute imparting education in the domains of management, computer science and cyber security and law.

The college is very cognisant of the need and importance of quality research output from its faculty members and students. Towards this end, the college has enacted many mechanisms to promote and support this important activity.

Responsible research is a fundamental pillar of modern education. Honesty is the foundation of good academic work. The college is equally aware of the perils of poor research and an improperly structured and managed research activity management system. Plagiarism, poorly executed consulting assignments and lack of complete academic integrity are detrimental not only to all involved in the respective research activity but to the society at large.

With a view to ensuring academic integrity and effective management of its research activities, the college is embracing, in both letter and spirit; the policies put out by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the University of Delhi (DU) in this regard.

To sensitise all stakeholders of the college in this essential sphere, you are invited to peruse the policies brought out by the UGC and DU from time to time. This is an IQAC initiative by the college.
