Bachelor of Management Studies or BMS is an undergraduate programme for management studies. The course allows students to obtain the knowledge and skills needed to assume management positions in a wide range of organizations. Management Studies program provides students with a solid foundation in the field of management and strategy designing. The electives allow students to develop deeper knowledge in specific areas of interest – finance, marketing, human resource management and global management. In addition to the business management course, it will equip students to understand how organizations work, how they are managed, and sensitize students towards national and international environments. Student- centric learning focuses on skills and practices that enable lifelong learning and independent problem-solving.

The BMS programme is designed to provide a focused, outcome-based syllabus at the undergraduate level with an agenda to structure the teaching-learning experiences in a more student-centric manner. The BMS Under-Graduate Programme will prepare the students for both, academia and employability.

Aim of Bachelor of Management Studies

The University of Delhi hopes that aligning the Bachelor of Management Studies programme with the vision of NEP 2020, will help students in making an informed decision regarding the goals that they wish to pursue in further education and life, at large.
