Application invited for 2nd and 3rd year hostel

Dear Students,

We would like to inform you that there are still vacant seats available in both the hostels for students in the 2nd and 3rd years. As a result, we have made the decision to initiate the second phase of admissions for both hostels. The details regarding the available vacant seats are provided below:

2nd-Year student

Students who are in their 2nd and 3rd years of any course and from any category (even if the available seats are currently showing as zero (This data will be utilized for allotment in case students selected during the first phase are unable to secure admission to the hostel for any reason)) are eligible to apply for a seat in the hostel during the second phase of allotment.

Students who have already applied in the first phase of the admission process do not need to reapply in the second phase. Priority will be given to students who are on the waiting list. However, if you wish to update any information, please contact the hostel manager/matron directly.

Please note that: CW and PWD = CW and PWD categories have a 5% reservation across all categories, except for Foreign Students seats. If there are any vacant seats under the Foreign Students category, they will be allocated to other categories based on their proportion in the quota.
