Management Interaction Cell is the official corporate management cell of SSCBS. We aim to foster the end-to-end development of management skills among students, covering interpersonal, analytical, and conceptual growth. Through the array of activities we undertake, including hosting TEDxSSCBS, curating live corporate projects and collaborations with brands like PeeSafe, StayVista, 4700 BC, and EazyDiner, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, publishing insightful research reports, organizing industry exposure initiatives such as an industry visit to Dabur India Ltd. and collaborating with reputed names such as Lilac Buds and Masters’ Union across previous years as well as the current session to conduct student-focused sessions, MIC provides students with a platform to gain practical industry exposure and think beyond classroom learning. These initiatives help students understand real-world business perspectives, hone their skills, and build an edge as they step into today’s competitive professional world.

Management Interaction Cell members have attained 25+ accolades across national-level and inter-college platforms, representing the society in 50+ competitions across consulting, finance, strategy, case studies, simulations, and market-based challenges. These recognitions were earned while competing with premier institutions such as IIMs, IITs, BITS, SRCC, St. Stephen’s, Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi Technological University, Hansraj College, and other leading campuses, showcasing the members’ analytical strength, strategic thinking, and competitive excellence.
