Biography

Dr. Nidhi Kesari is a Teacher and Researcher. She has experience of teaching as faculty for fourteen years and authored 12 research papers. She started her academic career in Delhi University from Hindu College and Shri Ram College of Commerce. She was Teacher In-Charge of Department of Financial Studies and presently heading the Department of Management Studies. She was a Founder Director in the company ‘SSCBS Innovation and Incubation Foundation’ (SIIF) formed with the objective of incubating business and contributing to the National mission. Later, additional charge of CEO of the company was assigned to her. She was Founder Warden (Girls Hostel) of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. She was a member of Governing Body, the highest body for dealing with the financial matters in the college. She was also the elected Secretary of the teachers association in the college. She was invited as an international panelist and presenter in the 3rd USA India Business Summit 2012 in Atlanta (USA). She was invited to deliver a lecture in Academy for Education and Development on ‘Leadership in Higher Education Programme: A Practical Approach’ during June 8-12, 2015 in Oxford, UK. Dr. Kesari has been awarded Ph.D. degree entitled ‘Decision Making Patterns and Organizational Effectiveness’ from University of Lucknow. She secured first position and obtained gold medal in M.Com and B.Com degrees. She secured 7th position in the state level Intermediate Board examination. She has contributed significantly by presenting 25 research papers in various national and international conferences, seminars. Academic and Administrative Achievements: She is the member of the Editorial Board of some academic research journals. She was Administrator / Manager of a “Global Network of Doctorates” (An International network of academicians with highest university degree namely Ph.D., D.Lit., D.Sc.) and was Executive Secretary of Global Academy of Doctorates (An international body of doctorates).
