Have five years of industry experience in Communication Technologies. Teaching in SSCBS since 2001, and has more than a decade of research experience in data mining. Have taught several subjects of B.Sc. (H) Computer Science, B.Tech (Computer Science), PGDCA, BIT. Some of the subjects taught are Programming using C++ and Java, Discrete Mathematics, Systems Programming, Internet Technologies, Data Mining, Data Structures, Computer Networks, Network Programming, Data Analysis and Visualization etc. Research interests are in the field of Association Rule Mining, Classification, Formal Concept Analysis, Machine Learning, Image Processing and Data Analysis. Have published and presented several research papers in international conferences and journals. Represented as a member of editorial board of several journals and member of program committee of several international conferences. Author and reviewer of NCERT book on Information Practices and Computer Science.
