Alumnus Session
A learning session on Essentials for Consulting was organised for the budding consultants of our team.
The session was headed by Harjas Gulati and Pratyush Agarwal. Harjas is an alumnus of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, currently working with Accel Partners, one of the biggest venture capital firms in the industry, while Pratyush is an Analyst at Bain & Company.
The session gave us insights on client acquisition, team optimisation, research techniques and intellectual property creation.

Knowledge Sharing Sessions were regularly organized for the freshman consultants on various topics that are essential for consulting like Guesstimates and MS Excel.
Live Projects Completed
1. Asha Impact
A. 180 Degrees Consulting worked with Asha Impact to develop their outreach and communications strategy for India’s first MOOC on Impact Investing, and then helped the firm to implement this strategy.
B. The focus of our communications strategy was to establish the relevance and the impact that the industry had to create, making the product attractive as it was to students, job seekers and those willing to understand new forms of business.
C. Their outreach increased by 200% and active user traffic by over 50% for the MOOC.
2. The India Craft Project
A. Our team collaborated with The India Craft Project and designed the go-to-market strategy for their initiative.
B. We designed the cost structure along with the revenue model along with extensive competitor analysis and market research and assisted TICP collaborate with AugTraveller, a VR based tourism app, on a revenue-sharing model.
