Mindful Gaming Garden

During the SSCBS annual fest, Crescendo, on May 1st, SADHANA: THE YOGA SOCIETY hosted the "Mindful Gaming Garden" for relaxation and mental well-being. Seventy participants engaged in four mindfulness-promoting games, with winners receiving Amul Doodh and diaries. The event successfully offered a relaxing break and highlighted student interest in mental well-being activities.
