The first phase of BSG briquette prototyping focused on experimenting with Brewer’s Spent Grain (BSG) as a sustainable fuel alternative. Different compositions and binding techniques were explored to develop a briquette with suitable strength, burning efficiency, and calorific value. The process marked an important step towards refining the prototype for practical application.
