As part of Project Sparsh, a visit to the Blind Persons Association was conducted to carry out primary research and gain first-hand insights into the experiences, challenges, and accessibility needs of visually impaired individuals. Through direct interactions and discussions, the team gathered valuable inputs to better understand the community and inform the development of a more relevant and impactful solution.
