The bioplastic prototyping process focused on exploring Brewer’s Spent Grain (BSG) as a sustainable raw material for developing biodegradable alternatives to conventional plastics. Different formulations and processing techniques were tested to assess the material’s flexibility, strength, durability, and overall feasibility. The process helped identify potential applications for BSG while contributing to its value-added and sustainable utilization.
