The Case Buddy Initiative, jointly organized by 180DC SSCBS and 180DC SVC, was designed to help consultants hone their problem-solving and interview skills in a collaborative, low-pressure setting. Each participant was paired with a “buddy” from the other college, simulating real-case interview dynamics with rotating roles of interviewer and interviewee. The initiative was both intellectually stimulating and personally enriching, giving consultants a chance to receive immediate feedback, refine their frameworks, and learn through peer exchange.
