Biography

Dr. Ramesh Kumar is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Studies, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS), University of Delhi. With a diverse background in academia and a profound passion for entrepreneurship, he brings a unique perspective to his teaching and research. Dr. Kumar began his career as a Commerce lecturer with the Department of Higher Education, Government of Himachal Pradesh. He later served as an Assistant Professor (Ad-hoc) at Hindu College, University of Delhi, before joining SSCBS in 2014. His expertise lies in Entrepreneurship Development, Marketing Management, and Business research. Dr. Kumar's dedication to scholarly pursuits is evident through his successful publications in esteemed national and international journals. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Entrepreneurship from the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Additionally, Dr. Kumar plays a pivotal role as the director and CEO of the SSCBS Innovation and Incubation Foundation (SIIF), a section 8 company promoted by Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Dr. Kumar continues to inspire and shape the minds of future entrepreneurs and contributes to the promotion of entrepreneurship as an essential life skill.
