FMA India is the first-ever chapter of the Financial Management Association (FMA) International in India. Established in 1970, the FMA International is a global leader in developing and disseminating knowledge about financial decision-making. With more than 3,000 student members in 175+ active chapters in the US, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, China, and Australia, FMA’s Student Chapter provides networking opportunities, career development resources, and exclusive finance-related content.
The following is a list of what we do at FMA:
- Knowledge Sharing Sessions: We conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with experienced professionals in the field of finance to promote and encourage financial decision-making and knowledge among students.
- Research projects: Under the mentorship of our faculty advisory board, we undertake several research projects. These projects consist of hard-core qualitative and quantitative research on various topics related to finance and the economy.
- Blogs and Newsletters: We sincerely attempt to break down complex financial matters into articles and blogs that are easy to understand and The aim here is to provide assistance to students and help them to exercise and develop their financial acumen and critical thinking.
- Corporate Live Projects: To attain the required corporate exposure and industry experience, we undertake live projects from different organizations. It enables us to delve deeper into the practical aspects of finance.
