ANTHROPOS – The Human Resource Development Cell of SSCBS aims at enabling the holistic development of the most important resource – human resource of the college into world class, well rounded professionals, the main objective of the society is to develop interpersonal skills needed in the corporate world. The cell collaborates with different organizations and HR managers throughout the year for guiding students.
The Cell organizes many events like Mock interviews, workshops, webinars, KSS and it’s annual flagship event Inceptra. The cell has collaborated with various firms and organizations in context of live projects and enhancing the skill set of the students.
Throughout the session, we organized a total of 8 events viz,:
INCEPTRA – The Annual Flagship Event of the Cell
The fest was held on 16-17 April 2021 and witnessed a footfall of 1700+ from students of University of Delhi as well as other prestigious institutions like IIMs, DTU, NMIMS and many other eminent institutions. This time Inceptra was a cluster of 3 major events:

Webinars
The cell organized various webinars all along the year for guiding students and taking up their
doubts and queries. The sessions mainly focused on:
The webinars provided a base for students that could help them achieve success in their career path.
Interactive Sessions
Along the year we also organized interactive sessions to guide students about different career paths one such was Pathway to MBA Entrances by Arks Srinivas (Career Launcher) on 3 February 2021.
Furthermore, we also had Achievers’ Meet where students got an opportunity to interact with their alumnus (Shivam Pandey, Harshita Thapar, Tanya Agarwal) who excelled their CAT exams. The tips and tricks, their personal approach to taking the tests and queries of the audience were taken up in order to provide them a direction towards their goal.
Discussions and Skill Development
The cell had a skill development session with Daksh Sethi(Founder, Guby Rogers) on 31 October 2020 on Interpersonal Relations & Skills to provide students a platform to hone their skills. These skill development programs benefited the students to crack case competitions and interviews which added to their achievements leading to overall development of the institution.
