This peer-practice format allowed students to apply what they had learned in real time\, receive constructive feedback from one another\, and build confidence through repetition in a supportive environment. The sessions also covered body language and non-verbal communication\, teaching participants how posture\, eye contact\, and gestures influence how they are perceived\, alongside broader personality development aspects that tie together verbal and non-verbal communication into a polished\, professional presence.
