SUMMARY:Jurisprudence'26:The Ethical Dilema
DESCRIPTION:Jurisprudence’26 – The Ethical Dilemma was a hybrid national case competition organized by Lawrence – The Law Forum of SSCBS on 24th April 2026\, drawing 150+ registrations from colleges across India\, including NMIMS Mumbai and Symbiosis Pune. Conducted in two stages—an online preliminary quiz followed by an offline case presentation—the event centred on McKinsey & Company’s role in the Purdue Pharma opioid crisis\, pushing teams to grapple with corporate accountability and professional ethics. Teams were judged on Ethical Depth\, Feasibility\, Creativity\, Presentation\, and Q&A responses. The competition successfully bridged classroom learning with real-world legal and business challenges\, reinforcing Lawrence’s mission of fostering critical\, ethics-driven legal discourse.Event Report
