DESCRIPTION:FLC SSCBS organized an Investor Awareness Session in collaboration with the BFSI Skill Sector Council of India (BFSI SSC) to promote financial literacy\, investment awareness\, and responsible financial decision-making among students. The session featured Prof. R.P. Tulsian\, who highlighted the importance of financial discipline and early investing\, followed by Mr. Yashwendra Wadia\, Assistant Manager at HDFC Asset Management Company\, who introduced participants to mutual funds\, goal-based investing\, investor rights\, the SEBI Complaints Redressal System (SCORES) and effective investment planning. Through practical examples and interactive discussions\, students gained valuable insights into wealth creation\, diversification\, risk management and aligning investments with financial goals. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation and further reinforced FLC’s commitment to empowering students with practical financial knowledge and informed investment practices.Event Report
