Conducted by Ms. Aankhi Anwesha\, Corporate Lawyer at DSK Legal and an SSCBS alumna\, the session covered key aspects such as entity selection\, incorporation procedures\, compliance requirements\, founders’ agreements\, and intellectual property protection. Through practical insights and interactive discussions\, the session helped students understand common legal pitfalls faced by early-stage founders and emphasized the importance of structured\, compliant decision-making.
