DESCRIPTION:Across the four days\, the programme took participants through a comprehensive journey of communication skill-building. Early sessions focused on interview preparation\, where the mentor shared techniques on structuring responses\, handling commonly asked questions\, and presenting oneself confidently under pressure. Participants also learned the fundamentals of speaking professionally\, including tone\, clarity\, and articulation\, along with the everyday habits that help build strong communication over time. A key part of the programme involved hands-on practice\, where participants spoke to each other in pairs and groups\, simulating real interview and group discussion scenarios. This peer-practice format allowed students to apply what they had learned in real time\, receive constructive feedback from one another\, and build confidence through repetition in a supportive environment. The sessions also covered body language and non-verbal communication\, teaching participants how posture\, eye contact\, and gestures influence how they are perceived\, alongside broader personality development aspects that tie together verbal and non-verbal communication into a polished\, professional presence. By the end of the four days\, participants had worked on both the technical and behavioral dimensions of communication\, coming away with noticeably enhanced confidence and communication skills.
