DESCRIPTION:The Case Buddy Initiative\, jointly organized by 180DC SSCBS and 180DC SVC\, was designed to help consultants hone their problem-solving and interview skills in a collaborative\, low-pressure setting. Each participant was paired with a “buddy” from the other college\, simulating real-case interview dynamics with rotating roles of interviewer and interviewee.
